There
is a membership or contribution level for everyone -- from students to
businesses. Members will be part of a statewide organization dedicated
to improving the quality of the programs and activities offered on
state forests.

In addition to a membership card, a Friends logo decal, embroidered patch and savings on the purchase of one or more State Forest Annual Day Use Entrance Passes,
members can also direct part of their membership dues, contributions or
donations to a specific forest and/or statewide forest project.
Membership
fees help support the programs of the state forests, with up to 50%
restricted for use in the member's local forest area and the remaining
supporting general state forest projects and administrative needs for
all state forests.
Contributions or donation of equipment or
supplies can be directed to a specific project or particular state
forest or can be non-specific, in which case they are used for projects
benefiting all state forests.

BENEFACTOR MEMBER
Beginning at just $1,000 tax deductible contribution, individuals, families or businesses could hold the special designation of a Benefactor of the Friends of Florida State Forests.
Depending of the Benefactor Level selected (see below), the Florida Division of Forestry will plant five or more acres of Longleaf pines on one or more designated state forests in recognition of the contribution. The contributor’s name will be listed on the Benefactor page of the Friends website along with the GPS location for Google mapping.
Not just limited to planting of longleaf pines, contribution may be directed to a specific project at a state forest or for statewide projects.
BENEFACTOR MEMBER will also receive:
